Ball des Sports 2025

For the Ball des Sports (Sports Ball) on 11 October 2025 in Landau, we produced video portraits of the nominated athletes from the Southern Palatinate – emotional short films that reveal the people behind the sporting successes.

After a five-year hiatus, the Ball des Sports celebrated its comeback in Landau – an evening full of emotions, encounters and sporting highlights. We had the privilege of producing the video portraits of the nominated athletes, which were shown on the big screen that evening. In our video portraits, the nominated athletes from the Southern Palatinate introduced themselves to the audience: pole vaulter Oleg Zernikel, professional cyclist Pascal Ackermann and trail runner Manuel Hartweg, as well as shot putter Yemisi Ogunleye, tournament rider Britta Roth and vaulter Hanna Steverding. TS Germersheim, named Team of the Year for their impressive achievements in rope skipping, and Aron Tepel, Talent of the Year in combined events, were also portrayed in moving clips. The films provide a personal insight into motivation, passion and sporting ambition – far beyond the pure competition results. It was a pleasure for us to capture the stories behind the successes and to give the nominees a stage on this special evening.
